Florida Doctors Insurance Company’s Risk Management Department is committed to working with its insured physicians and healthcare organizations to prevent medical malpractice lawsuits and disciplinary actions, as well as to ensure patient safety.  Not only are our services aimed at the foregoing, but they are also designed to enhance the defensibility of a claim if a medical malpractice lawsuit is filed.

FLDIC offers a range of services in order to aid the physician or healthcare organization in identifying and minimizing potential liabilities.  Among other services, FLDIC’s Risk Management Department offers onsite risk assessment surveys and telephone and email consultations with physicians, office administrators, and staff.
